Crutchlow confident of strong weekend

Cal Crutchlow is confident that he has the pace to battle for another podium finish this weekend at the season ending Valencia Grand Prix.

The Tech3 rider was fast in the morning session before the mixed conditions of the afternoon meant that no-one was able to show their speed. Speaking after the afternoon session Crutchlow was keen to comment on his speed in the morning:

I was confident in the morning and think we could have been in the top three at the end but I came into the pits and then only went out to test a start at the end,” said the Englishman. “Everyone went faster [when I was in the pits] but we were consistently in the top three or four all session. This afternoon was important for getting an understanding of the conditions if it’s a flag to flag race.”
